Nisma in partnership with Terre des Hommes have been engaged to provide Improving access and (re)integration in education, employment, and social services for Returned Migrant Children, youth , and families. The implementation of the project during this period continues to be carried out in close cooperation with the partner Terre des homes Albania and with the support of the Municipality of Durrës founded by GIZ part of the Migration for Development Program. The project aims to provide and provide services and reintegration activities for the community of the administrative unit of Rrashbull and not only with a focus on families returned from emigration. All this services are provided at the multifunctional Community Ceneter in Rrashbull, with the aim of supporting, empowering and reintegrating families in unfavourable socio-economic conditions, especially children and young people from families returned from insecure emigration, through the case management process and coordination with local institutions.

More specifically NISMA ARSIS aim to support and develop children and their families placed in the settlement of Roma/Egyptian community in the suburb areas of Tirana called Lana Bregas (more than 60 families and 135 children up to 16 in really extreme poverty conditions. More than 95 children of this community have never been to school or have abandoned school years ago.
