Nisma për Ndryshim Shoqëror – ARSIS is a non-governmental organization that was established in Tirana on February 2016 as an inherit of ARSIS – Social Organization for the Support of Youth, branch of ARSIS in Greece (established in Tirana in January 2006). Ever since Nisma has transformed itself into an influential non-governmental actor in the civil society sector in Albania and beyond.

The organization Nisma is implementing programs that are structured based on a multidisciplinary and human rights-based approaches aiming to guarantee a holistic intervention with effective results. Is identified as a non-profit entity supporting the most vulnerable, deprived and marginalized children, youth and their families and communities to have access and adequate social services and support.

Nisma has been implementing programs and delivering services in more than 20 Municipalities in Albania (Tirana, Devoll, Elbasan, Kavaja, Shijak, Kruja, Kukes, Durrës, Lushnjë, Cërrik, Korça, Vlora, Lezha, Kurbin, Saranda, Gramsh and Shkodra). Also, mobile emergency services for children in high or immediate risk are provided all over Albania.
