We are thrilled to kick off the UPSHIFT Erasmus+ Boot Camp from 10 to 14 November 2025 in Sarajevo (Bosnia & Herzegovina)! This exciting 5-day workshop brings together young innovators aged 16-25 from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia and North Macedonia to learn, collaborate and design solutions for real-life community challenges.
Through social innovation, design-thinking and teamwork, our 20 selected teams (5 per country) will transform ideas into action, guided by mentors and experienced trainers. At the end of the boot camp, 8 teams (2 per country) will be awarded support to implement their social innovation projects.
This is all part of UPSHIFT’s mission to empower young people to see a problem, design a solution, and make an impact.

This initiative is part of the project ‘UPSHIFT Impact: Amplifying Social Change through Youth Initiatives’, implemented by the consortium led by Genesis Project, in collaboration with LEAD – Leaders for Education, Activism and Development, HERMES, and Nisma ARSIS, and co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme.
