PUBLIC CALL FOR YOUTH TO PARTICIPATE IN A REGIONAL PROJECT

The organization Initiative for Social Change ARSIS is launching a public call for the selection of participants from Albania for a regional project implemented in cooperation with Juventas from Montenegro and Heartefact from Serbia.

The goal of the project is to strengthen interregional cooperation among youth from Montenegro, Serbia, and Albania by promoting cultural diversity, European values, and mutual understanding. Through a series of educational and cultural activities, the project aims to connect young people and contribute to building a more stable and prosperous region.

Who can apply?

The call is open to young people aged 15 to 29 who:

• reside in Albania,
• are interested in topics such as culture, European integration, human rights, and regional cooperation,
• are motivated to actively participate in initiatives that promote mutual understanding and exchange with peers from the region.

We especially encourage applications from youth of diverse social, ethnic, and geographic backgrounds in order to ensure diversity and inclusion within the group.

What do we offer?

Participation in:

• a three-day training in Albania, covering European values, cultural heritage, and human rights,
• further project activities including regional exchanges, workshops, discussions, and joint initiatives with peers from Montenegro and Serbia,
• 3 internal mobilities within Albania– visits to different municipalities,
• documentary film production,
• work with experienced trainers and opportunities to gain new knowledge and skills that contribute to personal and professional development,
• and other activities.

If necessary, interviews will be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
